December 3rd: Chipmunk Bazaar 10am-4pm in gym. Come and do your Christmas shopping early. There will be a variety of vendors including clothing, jewelry, crafts, and more. Admission is free!! A $5.00 donation will enter you into a door prize drawing that will take place every 15 minutes.
Santa Shoppe will be Monday, December 5th-Friday, December 9th. Each child will have an opportunity to shop during their regulary scheduled library time. Students can buy gifts for family and friends. Gifts range from .25 to $5.
Box Top pick up will be Thursday, December 8th.
"Animal Guy" re-visits Underwood
Election Day at Underwood Elementary
On November the 7th and 8th, Underwood students went to the "polls" to cast their votes for president. Thank you to Mrs. Burns for organizing this event. The students certainly enjoyed it. Click the link below to view pictures.

Congrats to one of Underwood's own, Zeniff Purser. Zeniff's design was chosen to be printed on the county PACE t-shirts.

Fall Festival Fun!!
Mollie Hetrick (left), Whitney McGill (middle), and Mitzi Brooks (right) were the brave ones that took on the dunkin booth. This was the first year for this, and the kids had a blast dunking them!
Paula Brewer signing kids up for chances to be the one throws the pie (right). Mr. Moore and Mr. Pruitt were the lucky winners of the "Pie in the Face" competition. Congrats, you two!!
Students had a blast playing in the hay.
All of Lauderdale County's sixth graders attended an anti-bullying conference. They listened as key speaker, Pete Key, gave them advice and instructions on how to combat bullying.

(Be sure to show the card before the sale is totaled.) At the end of each quarter, Publix awards our school with $250 for every $37,500 spent.
